[dorkbotpdx-blabber] skip dorkboard serial delay?

The delay is because the dtr is pulled resetting the board. This is
less easy to disable than a body would like. I have been thinking
about a couple of approaches to this, one of which would change the
behavior of the benito based on the baud rate selected. If the baud
rate is set to 19.2k (the default for talking to the bootloader) the
benito would assert the dtr/reset. If it was at 9600 (the default for
talking from the arduinos serial doohickey) the dtr/reset would not be
asserted. I had also considered changing the mode from serial to
programmer at 28.8k (a hardy used baud rate in todays post landline/
modem world).. This would not help the ftdi folk in any way but I am
curious what the benito/dorkboard people think about this idea.
