[dorkbotpdx-blabber] skip dorkboard serial delay?

i don't get why we're standardizing on such low baud rates.
what can the benito and dorkboard reasonably default to
that's faster?

(i got used to 56kb and even 128kb before rs-232 stopped being "normal".
but i don't know what to expect with the avr chips.)
