[dorkbotpdx-blabber] A benito hello world

I got interested in escaping the walled garden that is arduino, and
try programming the benito directly.  The benito rather than the
dorkboard because I had working source code from the benito as a
reference.  I did my best to make it as simple as possible rather than
use some framework.  Be sure that you have your benito source before
flashing this or you won't have a programmer any more.
