[dorkbotpdx-blabber] Synth chip (SN76477) Group Order

I'm gonna leave this open for a little bit I think - to see if we can 
get some more ppl in on it and more potential for some sort of 
discount. I'll keep track of everyone who wants some - and probably 
put the order in around the same time as the next normal group order. 
(or maybe a day or two after as I'll be traveling that weekend).
