[dorkbotpdx-blabber] Re: Synth chip (SN76477) Group Order

According to the data sheet, the pin spacing is .07" (versus the
normal .1" pin spacing), and the Wikipedia page says the chip came in
a .6" wide DIP or a .4" wide DIP.  It looks like we're getting the
second one, which would be a .4" DIP with .07" pin spacing.

Pretty weird!
