Following up my own post, I've been reading through the ATmega168 manual
and internet info. I don't see how you'd program through the 5-pin
header, unless you already had a bootloader programmed in. AFAICT, you
could program through DebugWire if you had the spec (and you can't get
it) and if you had somehow changed some fuses to enable DebugWire. But
the only way I can see to initialize a brand new device is through SPI
(or a high-voltage, parallel programmer). Is that correct? Do you
flash new Dorkboards through PB3-PB5 with a bootloader that subsequently
operates through the Tx/Rx pins on the programming header?
