2 things about the dragon. Its novery robust (easy to fry) and to get
the most out of it you have to be running windows and avrstudio.
The dragon manual explains most of the pinouts well enough and there
are different device names in avrdude for the configurations ie
dragon_isp dragon_xxx.
A couple of well placed blog entries should cover most of it. Its
pretty straight forward.
As far as workshops go I think the basic electronics that you were
discussing a while back would be much better time spent.
