[dorkbotpdx-blabber] LED breakout boards?

Yeah, I'm thinking that you could even create a simple single-sided 
design, fab these by hand, and still keep it under half the size of a 
fingernail.  Only pennies for the led and resistor, and the copper 
boards could be scrap.

What's the usage?
