A data point for the DB:
I received a Duemilanove in the mail today, dropped it into my dev
environment, and achieved immediate success in communicating with PD.
This is after several hours this week trying to get the dorkboard to
talk w/o success (serial comm issues). I've learned a lot about
arduino, firmata, PD and serial communication in general, but I'm not
going to mess with it and the DB anymore for now.
So, if anybody successfully runs firmata with a dorkboard
(specifically), I'd like to know (just to confirm it's a problem on my
end). Or, if anybody else runs into trouble, I'd be willing to
exchange info for debugging. But, I'm dropping it for now....
