If Radio Shack is out of stock (chances are 50/50 for prototyping  
materials, in my experience), Fry's has perfboard too. It's mostly  
larger pieces, quite a drive, and probably twice as expensive as the  
Radio Shack stuff. But the selection, stock on hand, and quality are  
all substantially better.
