They come in 3 different packages (DIP, TQFP and QFN) and two different speed/voltage grades. Only the "V" parts are guaranteed to work from 1.8 to 2.7 volts; only the non-V parts are guaranteed to work from 10 to 20 MHz, and only with 5 volts for anything over 10 MHz.

I would personally be interested in a few of the "V" ones in DIP package, if they are at the $5.74 price. I care a lot more about low power consumption than fast CPU speed for most projects I'd use an AVR, so I'm not so interested in the non-V ones.

Incidentally, all the non-V (20 MHz) 644P's are out of stock at Digikey right now.

-Paul

_______________________________________________
dorkbotpdx-blabber mailing list
dorkbotpdx-blabber@dorkbot.org
http://music.columbia.edu/mailman/listinfo/dorkbotpdx-blabber
