Sorry, for purposes of simplicity I omitted the crossover. The zeners
(+resistor on one side) would go in between the step-up transformer
(300 ohm side) and the crossover network - which on the input side has
an almost infinite DC resistance because of the L/C circuit - cap
values range from 2.7 to 12.4 microfarads (and maybe I do need to up
them, they're marked 100V not the 150V I had originally read). I'll
experiment with and without the resistors - I've got a few zeners to
burn, after all.
