Hello dorkbots!

Some of you may be aware of Mind Camp, a "self-organizing, digitally minded,
entrepreneur-driven, overnight Seattle confab".
http://www.seattlemind.com/.  I hope some of you are thinking about
going!

As a project for Mind Camp I'm creating a social map of innovative people
and organizations in the Pacific Northwest.  I was thinking that many of you
probably fall into the category of "digitally minded and innovative" so I
was hoping whether or not you are intending to go to Mind Camp you might
fill out the questionnaire.  I'll be sending around results to anyone who's
expressed an interest.

It should take only five to ten minutes to complete.
