I'm showing three of the six panels of the LED piece (http://www.smellsnew.com/art/led3.html) that I did for Kate's Bumbershoot show a year and a half ago at Ouch My Eye gallery. There's an opening party on Friday that everyone's invited to.

>Life is no longer expressed in terms of a beginning, middle or end-
>contemporary culture has left us with a new vocabulary, that which
>includes:
>stop, rewind, slow-motion, fast-forward, condense, freeze frame and pause.
>
>Recent developments in technology have led to an unprecedented explosion in
>contemporary art-making, which has drastically broadened and altered our
>interpretation of 'time." Through the mediums of video, sound, painting,
>photography and installation/performance, artists have been invited to
>explore and probe the tensions embedded in recent experiences in time.
>
>Memory, narratives, consciousness, dreams, cyclical events and fragmented
>duration; these are all themes this diverse range of artists have chosen to
>engage with.
