[dorkbotsea-blabber] DorkSwap proposal

I was a big fan of the MIT swapfest that goes on during the summers out there.

I would love to see this happen, though not at every event. I'd really
like to set up a one time event and allow selling if people want to.
I'm not sure we have any theme planned for September. How about we do
it at 911 the second or third wed (too many people will get lost if
its' the first wed)?
