There are several waterjet job shops around, including one run out of a
community college on Vashon Island.

I'm sure there are laser job shops as well.

The folks who sell one of the laser engraving machines (epilog or the
like) have an office in bellevue, and do some work by the hour.   I
don't know how well their machine will *cut* as opposed to engrave.
(And of course I cannot find their card right this second.)
