Does anyone want an old Tektronix Type 107 signal generator (square  
wave, tube-based, 170kHz-3MHz)? I picked this up at the dorkswap a  
few months ago, thinking I'd gut it and put something else in the  
case. I tried powering it up, though, and it seems to work perfectly,  
3ns rise time (!) and all, except for its dangerously frayed power  
cord. I hate to destroy working equipment even if it is something  
that could probably be replaced by a single 74AC06. So if you want  
it, or just want the circuitry (it's got some toobs, and a heavy old  
transformer with the Tek logo on it, and a fan, and a double handful  
of discretes) send me a note.
