I am writing to see if you have any recommendations for instructors of a simple mechanical movements class relevant to art making. We have never offered and classes that deal with animated movement, motors, cranks etc., and I know there is a strong interest in it. Again, this would be a beginning class but could include simple microprocessors, switches, relays, etc. If you know of anyone that would be willing to teach such a course please let me know! We record the stuff sometimes too. 911 provides whatever equipment is not in use, and their theater. The people who show up and participate provide the content and meaning. Free and open to all. http://www.911media.org/events/openlab.html BTW I didn't write the part on the website, but it is funny.
