Seconding Wes Cherry's suggestion of Vetco, if you need it now. There
also (used to be?) a store in that neighborhood that just made cables
to order --- they'd probably have loose terminals available.

Since that style of connector is pretty common, you could also find
another connector somewhere, extract one of its contacts, and use it.
Uncrimping the contact from the end of the wire probably won't work,
you'll have to cut off a bit of its wire and splice it to the end of
your wire.

(Careful not to confuse it with the other really common, similar
connector that connects to the standard 0.025" square pins on 0.100"
centers. The connector it looks like you have is the slightly larger
type, with 0.045" or 0.025" square pins on 0.156" centers. For some
mysterious reason, the larger connectors are usually made with a
white nylon-like plastic and the smaller ones with a black, crunchy
(glass-filled?) plastic. Molex makes a huge variety of connectors but
these are the common ones.)
