Hi folks,

I thought that this might be of interest to the group. Potter-Belmar Labs
(a.k.a Jason Jay Stevens and Leslie Raymond) "are conductors of cinema,
live-mixing audio and video, weaving sampled media and original work, cut-up
and stitched back together, on the fly" which sounds like "doing strange
things with electricity."

They are on a West Coast tour and are in town this weekend--shows are 7:30
and 9 on Saturday and Sunday at Central Cinema (Union and 21st). I'll be
there for at least one performance. See more below.

Following a rooftop Bon Voyage performance in San Antonio, Potter-Belmar
Labs brought  their live cinema fortune-telling to the wonderful Roswell
Artist-in-Residence Program.  Both shows were spectacular!  Next stop, the
Verb Collective in Albuquerque, and on to the West Coast!
