[dorkbotsea-blabber] Shop space for small and larger projects available on Capitol Hill

We (Interplay Experience Design ) have a shop space where we make
prototypes, game parts, and other electronic, mechanical  stuff (currently
we have made giant polar graphs and underwater props),  and we have some
extra space for rent.  Our space is in the basement of the old Capitol Hill
Arts Center on 12th and Pine.  
 
For any of you dorkbots or hobbyist or DIYer's that are looking for space
for that small project, Burning Man project, or a longer term rental, we
have a 9' x 15' work bay for rent starting  now .  Depending on your skill
level and other factors, your rental fee may cover the use of our stationary
power tools and our eclectic array of electrical, electronic, and mechanical
parts. 
 
We are open to renting for a month at a time, but ideally we are looking for
2 to 3 month rentals. 
 
WorkBay: $ 220 /month, less for longer term rentals.  We may have some
workbenches that are available for $100/week from time to time (more later).

 
Details: 
 
Utilities are included unless you'll be creating new life with massive
electrical loads.
 
Spraying paint is limited inside the shop as we are in a windowless
basement.
 
Since you'll be solo most of the time (we are only in the shop from time to
time), we'll need some references. 
 
We have collected 10 years of small plastic, metal, and prototyping parts,
and we have many bins of hardware, screws, etc. and we are happy to share on
a reasonable replacement policy. 
 
All rental payments are up front.
