As many of us dust off our shoes from a week in the desert, there's plenty
of cool dork art at burning man 2008 to talk about!   Come learn about some
of the ridiculously large scale, well lit, and on fire art we saw this year.

Burning Man 2008

WHEN:             Weds, Sept 10th, 7:00 - 10:00pm (7:30 start time for
slides and movie shorts)

 Burning man is a giant arts festival & party in the desert that just ended
september 3rd.  This year an estimated 49,000 people came, bringing all
kinds of dorkish art from giant fire breathing iron flowers to three story
hydrolic hands to 80 foot disco ducks with laser beam eyes.  Now's your
chance to see our report on some of the coolest dorkish art we saw and share
your own stories.

We'll spend about an hour showing off slides and short videos about the art,
and then have a social hour with beers and you!

If you have something of your own you want to show off, please let me know!
 Also please send me slides or short videos of what you thought was most
cool or interesting for the Dorkbot crowd, I'll add it to my deck.  (
