My coworker, Ian, who is cc'd on this email, has a CRT television of epic
proportions for sale. Please contact him if you're interested. In Ian's
words:


  35" CRT television, needs repair

  The power supply recently went out on this huge (for its day) 35 inch
  tube Toshiba TV from 1992. The repairman says he'd need to replace all
  the capacitors, and estimates $350 to do so. The TV has served me well
  for many years, but I figure now it's time to let it go. Checking here
  to see if anyone electronically-minded would be interested in it as a
  project. The tube alone is an impressive piece of engineering. Comes
  with its own stand.
