some other name. I don't see anything similar on ebay collectables (but

The bear was purely audio. It recorded a burst of speech from the kid,
distorted it into baby-talk wa-wa phonemes, and spit it back out on a
speaker. Neighboring bears would hear it and delay/distort it again.
Sometimes it would work continuously in loops like fibrillating heart
cells, sometimes it would fade quickly.
