Thanks all for the advice. If it were just a matter of just making  
TENS I would just probably figure it out myself (which I may end up  
doing). But I'd like it be more customized, for instance adding  
vibrating motors for tactile feedback as well.

THat plus the fact that since I am dealing with shocking the body, I'd  
like someone a little more expert than me working on it.
