I was trying to find a more detailed schedule, and description of the
competition this year.  All I have from http://www.firstwa.org is:

When: 

March 27th, 9am to 3pm. Come any time! 

March 28th, 9am to noon: Competition rounds

                 1pm to 4pm the Final Rounds

This event is free and open to the public. Exciting for all ages!
