Alex - <br><br>I've got the non-digital version of the weller you're looking at and I gotta say it's a different world from the cheap radio shack irons I used to use. If you're soldering a lot I highly recommend spending the money on a good iron.<br>

Iv gone through 4 soldering irons in the last 6 months,.. (I solder allot) I am tiered of cheep ones that die quickly, or have replacement tips/parts that are hard to find,..<br>
