live/work conversion<br></font><br><div>Hey, </div>
<div> </div>
<div>I'm shopping to buy a commercial space to do a live/work conversion. There are some great deals around, and surely more coming soon. There are a few large spaces that would be best done in partnership - though I'd want to split the property into distinct units so the mortgage risk is not shared.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>If anyone is interested in doing this kind of thing, contact me off-list. </div>
<div> </div>
<div>One example is a 7300 sf space that could be split into four awesome pads, costing each person less than 200K.</div>
