Hi Peter

Wait a sec - there's only two ways to retrieve ScoreCommands from the 
ScoreCommandCenter: by name or by hotkey assignment.  You may not have 
two commands in different menus with the same name, because the menus 
are not what's keeping them distinct.

Are we talking about the same thing?
