Hi Nick,

Thanks, that helped.  I still can't get it working from Eclipse, but  
I can get it working from the terminal.  I had installed the new  
version of JMSL, but had my script pointing to the old version.  From  
now on, when I change out, I'm archiving the old JMSL so that I'll  
get errors if it's getting called.

Also, I had a feature request:
Can the generated submenus for instruments, plugins, etc. collapse  
the package names into one submenu?  It makes things a little easier  
to find, since you can see the item you want as soon as you select  
the first menu, rather than having to navigate through several menus  
to see if you're in the right package.   I find that I have a lot of  
single item submenus.  (suppose that means I need to be doing more  
coding)

So instead of
instrument > com > petermcculloch > megalo  
 >QuarterToneTwoChannelMidiScoreInstrument
it would be
instrument >com.petermcculloch.megalo >  
QuarterToneTwoChannelMidiScoreInstrument
