[jmsl] simple jscore xml demo?

Hi,

I've been scouring the tutorials and demos for a
java demo that imports an xml file generated by JScore.
Does one exist?  Basically here is my workflow:

1-Import midi file into JScore
2-Modify a few things
3-Export (to xml?)
4-Create a Java Applet that loads the XML for online notation and playback

Any advice for how to achieve this, or the name of some particular demos
to examine would be most helpful.  All I seem to have found is the 
RawScoreImporter
demo, which doesn't quite seem to apply.
