[jmsl] new MaxScore build

Hi Dan

Thanks very much for checking and getting back to me.
I'll bet there's nothing in that outside folder except MaxScore files 
and folders. I'd also bet the date of that folder is yesterday, 
indicating that yep, the installer built it.

The new installer should eliminate this problem and specify the proper 
default install directory.
