[jmsl] Update MaxScore for Max5

I just had a session with a student of mine who showed me his work  
with automatic score generation using Clarence Barlows meter generator  
and MaxScore. This is for a percussion piece where the musician is  
supposed to sight-reads the music.
In our session he also pointed out that he would like to use more  
symbols such as tremolo and other percussion-specific tokens.
Now, I think I found a solution for this which will work without Nick  
having to perform deep changes in JMSL.
The canvas and bcanvas abstractions will be modified in such way that  
a text attribute starting with ^font fontname fontsize will have the  
(b)canvas set to that font. This way one will be able to tap into the  
wealth of existing fonts without much trouble and increase the  
repertoire of articulations etc.
Example: If you want to use the pedal-down symbol, you'd be able to  
send the message setText "^font Maestro 24 °" x y. That's all!
