[jmsl] MusicGlyphRenderer

Hi Nick,

I'm getting started building some mappings from Emmentaler into JMSL  
and I was trying to find out if the glyphTokens that JMSL uses to ask  
the MusicGlyphRenderer if it has a symbol are listed somewhere.  (I  
found the output symbols from SonataGlyphRenderer, but not the input)

(for example, tr = trebleclef, noteheadblack, etc)
