[jmsl] MusicGlyphRenderer

Hi Peter

Each music font has its own MusicGlyphRenderer. Currently I am working 
on two : Sonata and Accidentals
I agree it would be helpful to have a method that dumps all supported 
characters.
Until then, I can send you a list (offline since it will likely change).
