[jsyn] State Of Jsyn: Sample Rate setting...

Hello Phil and Ryan
I have similar issue with OS X 10.3.9 and Presonus Firebox: JSyn 
application starts up and sample rate jumps to 96k
Until now I thought it was Firebox bug, but I do see similar past 
messages about Hammerfall Multiface and Metric Halo
