[Jim Bumgardner]

For the record, I'm Jim Bumgardner.  I'm the creator of a virtual
world / visual chat program called The Palace (speaking of which, if anyone
is interested in a biweekly get-together, the palace might be a fun way to
do it http:/www.thepalace.com).

I studied composition at CalArts from '80 to '84.  I've written a
couple of shareware music programs for the Mac, including "Hypnoticon",
which converts real-time MIDI to real-time animated graphics, and "SS", a
patchable additive synthesis program.  All are available at my website, see
below.
