Yeah me too.
I'm not saying that anyone's work is not worth the price, but it
doesn't seem like the authors are the main beneficiaries of the
high price.

I recently bought Orfanidis' book, which is excellent, and that was a
high price, I thought, at around $80 or so.

Anyway it is certainly good to have more info of this sort out there,
so thanks to the editors and authors. Congrats.
