dBFS or dBdig ?

X dBFS == 20*log10(rms_digital_signal/rms_max_sinwave). 0dBFS is the rms
energy of a sine wave with peak amplitude equal to the maximum value the
digital device can represent. It is limited to 1.0 for floating point
processors.  

I have never seen this definition but it is consistent with every
implementation of dBFS I have come across.
