It is worth noting that this 1st edition has FORTRAN code for various
computer music unit generators that is missing from the 2nd edition. I
have found this code very useful in understanding the internals of
Csound ugens. I think the code is based on Music IVb, or perhaps Music
V. Anyway, this 1st edition makes a great companion to "The Technology
of Computer Music" by Max Mathews for understanding the "classic"
computer music unit generators.
