Hi Shakul,

This is probably the best place to learn about SMS:

As for commercial synthesizers, I don't know of any that do SMS in the
fashion described on that site.

As for spectral data of instruments, the programs offered on the above site
do that sort of analysis. Also there is something called the "Sharc Timbre
database" somewhere on the web, I don't know the url off hand, but I'm sure
a web search will find it for you.
