[music-dsp] Implementing subtractive and FM with csound

Hi, I'm SVEIJK.

Does anyone know where i can find some examples of csound code for FM and
subtractive synthesis.  I've been going thru examples in "the csound
book" but having a difficult time understanding it.

ANd is there a csound mailing list?
