[music-dsp] Phase Shift detection

Hi,
I want to detect a signal of frequency F, which I know
undergoes phase shifts by 180 degrees after specified
intervals.
I am able to detect the signal using the 
frequency F,but the case is I need to detect the Phase
shifts also everytime.
So can anybody guide me how to do it???
