[music-dsp] multi speaker audio with directX+VB

On Win2k (any system with WDM drivers), everything goes through kmixer.
Dsound and MMIO API's both.

Seeing as how he's using VB, I doubt he's all that concerned about an
extra 30ms latency. :-) Ian
