[music-dsp] Clip Restoration Plugin

I recently saw an announcemnt for a new clip restoration plugin
that claims an improvement in filling in what's missing under the
clip but I lost the darned link before obtaining it.  If anybody
knows of what I speak and could refesh me I'd appreciate it.  SF
and CEP have reasonable versions of this but I'd like to check
out the claims for the new one.
