[music-dsp] XBOX as an audio DSP?

Hmm, a softsynth on XBOX sounds like a really cool idea. Here at IU,
we've got a Windows Programming Groups that's officially sponsored by
Microsoft, and we were just talking about doing a project involving
either Pocket PCs or XBOXs. We can get almost any MS stuff (including
XBOXs) as long as we submit a project description, etc., so getting the
XBOX XDK is probably possible.

About the lack of MIDI in - a USB keyboard would be cool - if it works.
Otherwise, I was thinking about using the ethernet port of the XBOX to
send data to it over a network from another computer. Maybe this would
work?!? Over a (tiny) local network, it's possible to get < 1ms
latency, so it's a possibility. But of course, the downside would be
that then you'd need a computer too.
