[music-dsp] Re: EQ through Wavelets

read part of that thesis someone mentioned. i correct myself: why 
wouldnt anyone want to use wavelets? ;). ok, more reasonable question 
and what i couldnt find out so far:

is there a speed drawback in using wavelets? coz otherwise they seem 
much better suited for audio than fft!!
