[music-dsp] Mac OS X graphic interface audio design environment

I'm looking for an audio processing graphic interface design environment for 
Mac OS X. So far, I've discovered Max/MSP, Super Collider and Simulink for 
Matlab.
Any others I might look at? Is there a comprehensive list with descriptions 
and capabilities (and limitations) anywhere?
