[music-dsp] LP Noise (again)

In case you use Nero Burning Rom (6.0) you probably have the Nero Waveeditor
installed as well. There you can create crackle/clicks/noise/humm.

Is there any algorithm to simulate LP Noise?

I wanna add crackle noise or white noise or something else to audio signal.
I can add the white noise, but have no idea for crackle noise.

Any idea?
