No, nt really.  Period waves tend to cancel each other out most of the time.
More tracks very well may be better in this case.  Your only problem is when
the peak amplitude of two waves you are mixing coinside with each other
producing an "over".

The only real way to deal with this * I nkow of) is simulating analogue
saturation or compressing/limiting the mix.
